This 80-foot falls plunges over a natural lava cave and into the Wailuku River below. On a sunny day, rainbows appear in the mist of the falls, making for a magical view.

Akaka Falls State Park

This towering 442-foot (135-meter) waterfall plummets into a lush ravine at the center of a state park. You’ll enjoy a short walk through the vegetation for an up close view and plenty of photo ops.

Waipi'o Valley

The tour was everything I had hoped it to be. If you want to see the entire island in one day (without driving) this is it! Lots of pit stops along the way so don't let that worry you. If you happen to be seated in the far back of the van (4 seats) it is very crowded but you can ask to sit up front next to the driver which I did. Jacklyn was our tour guide and did an amazing job of showing us the island. She had a lot of history about things, made sure we kept on time to see everything and her driving was excellent. Her "quirky" personality was a little over the top for a few, but I found it to be quite entertaining. She at least kept everyone's attention. The lunch was quite delicious but unfortunately my husband did not have time to finish as he was the last to be served. Would have been nice to have a bit more time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the island in a day.

Both Derek, our guide, and the tour were AWESOME! Great knowledge of the island and all of the sites. Comfortable van and safe driving. Lunch and snacks were perfect. We greatly appreciated the accommodation of our food allergies. Wasabi Tours is a must use tour company!

Our tour as amazing, all day tour with timed breaks from driving perfectly. Awana was our tour guide, he was knowledgeable, friendly and took care of us as if we were royalty. He knew so much it was amazing . If we had time for another tour I would book it right now.
