It was all worth the 12 hour trip. From the coffee plantation to the black sand beaches with the sunny turtles. The caldera and water fall’s were outstanding. Best driver Scott. Made it fun.

If you want to experience as much of the Big Island as possible in a single day, this is the way to go. Lots of interesting things to see and our tour guide (Alana) was very knowledgeable and shared much information throughout the day. Due to the recent eruption of Mauna Loa, the tour company called an audible and allowed Alana to take us to a spot where we could safely view the lava flow. A very special treat!
