We went with our 3 teenage children, & HIGHLY recommend it. It is a very honest, factual & informative tour about very important historical events that took place right where you are standing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable & open to any questions about the area & history of Birmingham. We learned A LOT - to respect the lessons of history & the bravery & significant struggles of those who stood up & fought for Civil Rights! On a side note, it was very nice to walk in the parks around town & other sites, but also nice to ride the bus for other parts of the tour. You should definitely put this tour on your itinerary!!!

The tour guide was so knowledgeable and willing to share the history of Birmingham even back to the 1800. It was well worth the cost of the tour

What a wealth of information Clay has to share! Highly recommend taking his tour whether you are visiting Birmingham or are a native- worth every Penny and minute! Being reminded of our history- so we do not forget and repeat it, educated on all that transpired and understanding that freedom is worth the struggle for all! Thank you Clay for your time and your your.
