They were an hour late, and me and my spouse was supposed to drive one jet ski, but I decided not to ride. Been trying to get part of my money back because I paid for two passengers only one rode a jet ski. Nobody wants to answer the phone. And still nobody hasn’t returned my phone call.

Ma’am , the jetski that you paid for was driven for the entire time. We were not allowed to put both of you on the ski at the same time because you exceeded the weight limit allowed by law on the skis which would’ve been a major safety hazard. We offered you guys a 2nd jetski for $50 which is a $100 discount and you denied the offer.

First of all the tour operator was very impatient and not accommodating to the fact we were visiting from the UK - so our money and transfers was complicated Not enough information The instructors were a bit complacent
