There is a lot to do here. The entry fee is a little high, but it's worth it. They have a planetarium if you are in to that (we didn't do it, so I can't review on it). There are several buildings you can tour. We went to the 3 or 4 story building and there were many history exhibits in there. There's also a building with history about surfing, and a science building (with interactive exhibitis). You could spend several hours here. We were tired and on our way to the airport so we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked. You do have to pay $5 for parking. If you want to learn about Hawaiian history this is a must-see.

Excellent visit. Learned much of the history of the Hawaiian islands and people prior to becoming a state of the USA.

Great to visit for some history. The Docent that guided us was very knowledgable and engaing. Good range of exhibits. Food was a little plain in the on site cafe but was good value. Gift shop had a good selection. Overall an excellent place to visit.
