Overview

With more than 265 acres for you to explore at the Bronx Zoo and over 10,000 animals your Bronx Zoo Admission ticket will give you unlimited access to a host of premium exhibits and activities. This includes JungleWorld, Bug Carousel and Nature Trek (Weather Permitting). Also, Congo Gorilla Forest is Free during the months of Jan-Mar.

The following attractions are closed for the season and will reopen in the Spring – Zoo Shuttle, Butterfly Garden, Children’s Zoo, Wild Asia Monorail and Dinosaur Safari.

We are committed to providing safe and healthy experiences for our community. Changes to exhibits and park operations will happen. We will provide advance notice, when possible, but adjustments may also be due to unforeseen conditions.

Thank you for understanding if some exhibits/animals are not available on the day you choose to visit.

Big Disappointment. Very untidy and scruffy areas. Not a lot of animals available to view. Tickets cost over $88 and only stayed for 2 hours. Had this trip planned as soon as I knew we were going to NY from Ireland. Lots of animal areas had no animals. Pink flamingos area didn’t even have plants nor water so thankfully no animals had to endure living there. The grizzly bear enclosure was the only area that had animals that seemed to be active and where you could spend 10 minutes watching. Such a let down. Come visit Dublin Zoo for a great Zoo experience

Zoo is really really big. Way much larger than I expected. We started around 11:30 and left around 5:00. With two young kids with us, we only had enough time to explore 1/3 of the whole zoo. All animals seem very healthy and peaceful. I saw the most beautiful giraffes and strongest rhinoceros there. And we saw them really up close! We came during the dinosaur event, so the kids were super excited!

we couldn't go day on our booking due to our flight delayed from England i was contacted zoo they couldn't help for another day bookings due to i have book though via trip advisor (viator)no phone number provided to contact trip advisor what so our only online question and answers so i have lost my money never again
