Overview

With more than 265 acres for you to explore at the Bronx Zoo and over 10,000 animals your Bronx Zoo Admission ticket will give you unlimited access to a host of premium exhibits and activities. This includes JungleWorld, Bug Carousel and Nature Trek (Weather Permitting). Also, Congo Gorilla Forest is Free during the months of Jan-Mar.

The following attractions are closed for the season and will reopen in the Spring – Zoo Shuttle, Butterfly Garden, Children’s Zoo, Wild Asia Monorail and Dinosaur Safari.

We are committed to providing safe and healthy experiences for our community. Changes to exhibits and park operations will happen. We will provide advance notice, when possible, but adjustments may also be due to unforeseen conditions.

Thank you for understanding if some exhibits/animals are not available on the day you choose to visit.

Animal exhibits close at 4:00PM Daily.

So awesome to see the animals up close. The Congo gorillas were at the glass and so happy to see us.

We had a great time. We couldnt find the reptile house so we walked everywhere and enjoyed all the animals and then at the end we found it! The reptile house was fantastic

Only animals we saw were bears, zebras, antelopes, peacocks walking around and chipmunks. Polar bear was euthanized and will no longer be shown at zoo. Rhinos and seals exhibit was closed. Lions roar was heard but not seen. And no show of bamboo a and gorillas.
