Overview

Alex will demonstrate how to cook traditional Cantonese style cuisine from start to finish in his beautiful home in Boreum Hill, Brooklyn. He will explain the culture, history and science behind each dish served. Afterwards, everyone including Alex will share the meal together and he will take the opportunity to answer any questions. This is truly a unique experience that will explain the history of Cantonese cuisine and culture that dates back over 2,000 years.

Please note: the menu is a sample where you can expect to have the 2 starters and 2-3 of the main course options depending upon the number of attendees.
