You'll spend a day exploring the sea caves and rugged Kona coast as well as snorkel Hawaii's best underwater preserve! This tour takes you to the calmest waters on the big island with the most spectacular snorkeling and enjoyable emerald green and cobalt blue ocean water. You will appreciate the fast boat ride to Kealakekua Bay. We bring the snorkel gear and snacks/botttled water. We'll provide snorkeling instruction and flotation noodles for a relaxed snorkel experience. You bring the sunblock, sunglasses, towel and camera! Join us!

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

What To Expect

Kealakekua Bay

Visit beautiful Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park on the big island of Hawaii. Beneath 600' high cliffs this cobalt blue bay with a palm fringed shoreline gives a very tropical vibe. Once outfitted with snorkel gear and fins you can enjoy swimming above coral gardens and myriads of colorful tropical fish. It's a location considered one of the best snorkeling in all the Hawaiian Islands. Join us!

It was a perfect snorkeling experience for me, full of wonderful fish. We can see dolphins briefly. Erik, the tour leader, was very friendly. Thank you for all that.

Fast boat to get you quickly to the amazing snorkeling spot before everyone else showed up lol. Glad we booked the 8:45! Such beautiful water. So many fish. Pretty easy entry/exit of the water.

I was very reluctant to jump in to snorkel. The captain was very reassuring that I can do it. Still afraid but after his pep talk I did it and it was amazing. 😊 they kept us safe and we had a blast. The trip and the staff were amazing. I look forward to seeing them again.
