Sunset Cultural Center
This is the meeting place for Carmel Food Tours. Look for the tall, Gothic-style arch and huge windows. It looks a little like a church, but it's not. When you descend into the courtyard, which is located EXACTLY at the intersection of 9th & San Carlos, you'll be greeted by your tour guide.

A great way to get a feel for Carmel by the Sea. I moved here 9 months ago. I learned quite a bit about the town and found some great wines and restaurants! I was FULL when it was over. Skipped dinner. Food was great, company was great. Amber was our tour guide and does an awesome job.

My girlfriend and I did this tour having never visited Carmel before. Tracy was our guide leading us around various restaurants and parts of the town. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the history of the town and of the places we would be going on the tour. The food at the restaurants we visited was fantastic, and if you're thinking of going on this it's definitely worth going with an open mind to food and trying everything on offer. The tour is also an excellent way to see some of the more hidden areas of the town that you otherwise may just walk past. It is also made by the group you are with and we had a brilliant group with us. Thank you Tracy for an enjoyable afternoon.

We joined Bonnie (our guide) on the Carmel Food and Wine Tour. She was great! Very knowledgable and entertaining - both about the history and culture of Carmel as well as the (7) locations we visited. The food and wine were all excellent and we ended up going back to several of the places we visited. All in all, a great tour.
