The Carrie B sightseeing paddlewheel tour boat is owned and operated by Harbor Tours, Inc. We have been providing scenic sightseeing boat tours and private charters since 1959. As a third-generation family-owned and operated business, we have plied the waters of Hampton Roads’ Norfolk Harbor, Virginia and the waterways of Fort Lauderdale, FL for generations of guests. Today we are pleased to offer a full-time presence in both locations.

See Yachts and Homes of the Rich and Famous and ships from around the world in Port Everglades. What To Expect

Carrie B Cruises

Join us for a 1.5 hour fully narrated sightseeing cruises of Fort Lauderdale’s yachts and homes of the rich and famous traveling on the New River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Port Everglades.

Stranahan House

Our tour begins at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale dock which just happens to be a stone's throw away from the Stranahan House

Colee Hammock Park

We continue past homes which sold in the early 1920's for only $4,000 to $8,000 dollars. Today these homes in Rio Vista and Colee Hammock sell for multi-million dollar prices. We continue past Colee Hammock Park and head out to the widest section of the New River.

We did the Carrie B paddlewheel cruise in March 2013. It was one of the best excursions I have ever taken. The boat was smooth and very clean. The food was good at the snack bar. Very leisurely tour that takes you through the canals of FLL. The views are spectactular. The homes that we sailed by were some of the most stunning pieces of architecture I have ever seen. We sailed into the middle of PE. There were 7 ships in that day. To sail by in our little paddlewheel boat next to the huge cruise ships was awesome. The tour is compleatly narrated by the crew. They are very helpful with any questions you have. All in all, this was worht every penny we spent. I highly reccomend this tour.

This was a great hour and a half of slow cruising to view the homes of wealthy people! The tour guide added some jokes which was fun, too! Indoor and outdoor seating was available, as well as a snack bar on board. (Use sun block on your face and arms if you choose to sit outdoors!) I'd recommend this tour for all visitors in the Fort Lauderdale area.

The boat is very large, but only 4 people on the cruise including us on that trip. The narrator was good. We feel the price is too much for the tour. We started feeling boring on the way back.
