The Carrie B sightseeing paddlewheel tour boat is owned and operated by Harbor Tours, Inc. We have been providing scenic sightseeing boat tours and private charters since 1959. As a third-generation family-owned and operated business, we have plied the waters of Hampton Roads’ Norfolk Harbor, Virginia and the waterways of Fort Lauderdale, FL for generations of guests. Today we are pleased to offer a full-time presence in both locations.

See Yachts and Homes of the Rich and Famous and ships from around the world in Port Everglades. Stroll around the Sun Deck, seating outside under a canopy or enjoy air conditioned comfort on the main deck. Entertaining and Informative Live Narration from your Captain. What To Expect

Carrie B Cruises

Join us for a 1.5 hour fully narrated sightseeing cruises of Fort Lauderdale’s yachts and homes of the rich and famous traveling on the New River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Port Everglades.

Stranahan House

Our tour begins at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale dock which just happens to be a stone's throw away from the Stranahan House

Colee Hammock Park

We continue past homes which sold in the early 1920's for only $4,000 to $8,000 dollars. Today these homes in Rio Vista and Colee Hammock sell for multi-million dollar prices. We continue past Colee Hammock Park and head out to the widest section of the New River.

This was THE BEST thing about our trip to Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Beach! What a fun thing to do one afternoon, the ship was very nice, old with lots of character and the guide was just wonderful. Saw tons of beautiful mansions on the water in "Little Venice" and the yachts were unbelievable! VERY HIGHLY recommend this cruise!

While traveling in Florida, I went on line to reserve places on a CarrieB cruise. Their web site says "BOOK IN ADVANCE AND SAVE $$!." I filled out the booking form and clicked "Send." A notice came up that reserved tickets had to be printed out. Our motel had no printer, so I called the number given as an alternative and made my reservations. But i discovered later that I did not get a discount. What's more, they actually charged me a booking fee of $2 per ticket! So I wound up wasting money rather than saving money. There's nothing about a booking fee on their web site. There are several outfits offering tours of the canals, including some rated highly here. I wish I'd used one of them.

Just come back from a very good time on the Carrie B. Really enjoyed this trip and well worth the money. It is a very informative cruise and we were quite lucky as there were several super liners and yachts near and in Port Everglades. I am always very sceptical about these type of trips but can say that this is one of the best we have been on. I would highly recommend.
