The Carrie B sightseeing paddlewheel tour boat is owned and operated by Harbor Tours, Inc. We have been providing scenic sightseeing boat tours and private charters since 1959. As a third-generation family-owned and operated business, we have plied the waters of Hampton Roads’ Norfolk Harbor, Virginia and the waterways of Fort Lauderdale, FL for generations of guests. Today we are pleased to offer a full-time presence in both locations.

See Yachts and Homes of the Rich and Famous and ships from around the world in Port Everglades. What To Expect

Carrie B Cruises

Join us for a 1.5 hour fully narrated sightseeing cruises of Fort Lauderdale’s yachts and homes of the rich and famous traveling on the New River, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Port Everglades.

Stranahan House

Our tour begins at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale dock which just happens to be a stone's throw away from the Stranahan House

Colee Hammock Park

We continue past homes which sold in the early 1920's for only $4,000 to $8,000 dollars. Today these homes in Rio Vista and Colee Hammock sell for multi-million dollar prices. We continue past Colee Hammock Park and head out to the widest section of the New River.

We had a group of 14 friends visiting Ft Lauderdale and wanted to experience the intercoastal waterway. The Carrie B was the perfect venue for the tour - it was a relaxed and scenic cruise. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the drinks were good and cold. A very fun afternoon!

The Carrie B paddlewheeler provides a 2 1/2 hour narrated excursion through the many and varied water canals that criss-cross Ft. Lauderdale's prestige residental and commercial areas. I live about 15 miles from the boat's dock and always take visitors for what is our "day on the water". There is no other way to see what Ft. Lauderdale is and was all about. You will pass former and current residences of the rich and famous along the route while the boat Captain tells amusing and interesting anecdotes about what "really" took place in some of the residences. You'll also pass through the large cruise port which on some days has a many as 8 ships docked. Light snacks and assorted beverages are available onboard. Sit on the upper outdoor deck for the best vantage points. If air conditioning is your preference, the enclosed main deck is the place for you. Look for 1/2 price or buy one get one free coupons on the internet or in the local newspapers. This is a must do, liesurly relaxing tour. Don't miss it!

Great way to see the inter coastal waterway of Fort Lauderdale. This hour and a Hal's cruise was just right. Relaxing and very scenic. They pointed out the local highlights and provided the back story to many interesting points. Ample parking nearby made it easy also.
