Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon

Stop by The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon, one of the most haunted buildings in Charleston. Since the late 1600s, the Exchange and Dungeon have existed in one form or another. Once a walled prison, it has been a haven for those seeking freedom as well as a dark and gruesome spot for prisoners caught on the wrong side of authority.

First off, the tour was exceptionally interesting and fun. Don was very knowledgable and answered all questions well. Two people in our group took pictures of the buildings where ghosts were said to be, and got pictures that sure looked convincing.

We did the death and depravity tour with Will on xmas eve. It was just my husband and I on the tour, Will was amazing he made our visit to Charleston very memorable. It was awesome seeing the city through his eyes. Would defiantly recommend!! We will be back !

Our family of five really enjoyed our Ghosts of Liberty tour with Don. We learned a lot about Charleston specifically and American history in general in an entertaining way. He's super knowledgeable and friendly and an excellent storyteller. Highly recommend this tour!
