Stop by The Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon, one of the most haunted buildings in Charleston. Since the late 1600s, the Exchange and Dungeon have existed in one form or another. Once a walled prison, it has been a haven for those seeking freedom as well as a dark and gruesome spot for prisoners caught on the wrong side of authority.

Went on this Adults only tour and had a great time. Lance does an excellent job with this tour and keeps the group entertained with the “ not so well known” history of the darker side of Charleston’s early days. His knowledge of dates and people is fantastic. Highly recommended and ask for Lance, you won’t be disappointed.

Lance is hands downs one of the best tour guides ever! We have been on several ghost tours in Charleston, Savannah, New Orleans and he sets the bar for keeping a crowd on their toes! Absolutely the best tour out there! We learned a lot of interesting and historical facts that went perfectly with our tour!

Don Huskey was our Ghost guide and did a great job telling the history and ghostly tales of Charleston. The tour was very informative and Don had actual pictures of some of the people he discussed and some ghost images. I highly recommend a late evening ghost tour.
