We went on two tours - the ghost tour and the civil war & slavery tour. Both were excellent and should not be missed. We had the same tour guide for both tours (Denny Stiles). He has accumulated a vast wealth of knowledge about all matters to do with Charleston. We found him both passionate and incredibly informative, without being information overload. We enjoyed that he pointed out interesting nuggets of information as we walked even if that topic wasn't strictly to do with ghosts or civil war/slavery. Denny also made great recommendations of other things to do in Charleston. It was also impressive that he catered the tours to his audience, making sure he engaged the young children in the group as well as the adults. Overall, these tours are a great way to learn about and see a fascinating city. I can't recommend them highly enough and can't wait to do the rest of their tours next time we're in town.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the ghost town tour in Charleston. We went during the off season, so we were the only two on that particular tour. The guide was very professional, and we heard some great stories that incorporated some of the history of Charleston.

Mike did an excellent job with this tour. His ghost stories had history while tying back to events that happened in the last 10 years. He also shared facts about the city that weren't necessarily ghost related but very interesting.
