If Handicapped or have mobility issues stay away. We booked a fireworks cruise which occurs at night. We arrived early as someone in our party is handicapped with mobility issues. With that we scoped out the area the day before to plan how we would make this tour. We found that there would be stairs involved, which could be handled however that it would take some time and patience to manage. We arrived 25 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time so we could start the stairs earlier. We were told to wait until everyone was down first, what they failed to say that meant last on the boat. So here we are sitting on the inside of the boat as no seats were available, more so no ADA seating. In speaking with First Office Jimmy and the ā€œTour Guideā€ they could have not been more Condescending and unhelpful with the issue. Jimmy actual said that it is not his issue or problem and brushed off, the ā€œTour Guideā€ was smiling and his attitude was that it was funny. The positive if not being able to see anything on our fireworks cruise I get to write this review. In closing if you are Handicapped or have mobility issues stay away from this company and more so boats that have Jimmy and the ā€œTour Guideā€, there are more accommodating options out there that care about all of their paying customers.
