It was a lovely cruise. The whole crew was nice. I'm sorry I can't remember the tour guys name but he was good. My only disappointment was that the bar didn't have any sweet wines. That's the kind that I like and I was celebrating my birthday. 😔

It was very nice because we really enjoyed the view of the Chicago sunset absolutely mesmerizing cause of it.

It was a little long and I felt like there were too many people on the boat. The evening was very cold and wet so most people congregated in the bottom interior portion and it was very crowded and uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t the nicest either. The tour was longer than advertised and we were all so ready to get off when it was over.

Rachel, Sorry you did not enjoy your tour. Unfortunately, sometimes the trip through the Chicago Lock takes longer than expected and the tours goes over the 90 minutes. We are still at less than 50% capacity, so there should have been plenty of room for all. I think the weather may have made it seem crowded!
