The tour was great. Alannah from Ahoy not only took us to sample different food, but also gave us some history about Little Italy and Chinatown. The food was included in the tour and we were able to try many different types: traditional mozzarella and preschuito, cow milk cheese and sheep milk cheese, a slice of traditional pizza, a traditional Italian Cannoli, 2 Thai dishes (shared), fried dumplings and some traditional egg rolls. The food was tasty, and I was really full afterwards.

Excellent food and history of the area presented in a small group setting. We enjoyed food from Little Italy first, then a selection of diverse Asian foods in Chinatown. Along the way we were given interesting information about the history and legends of the areas, and recommendations for great places to eat, visit and shop. We never felt rushed, and Alana was warm and charming and happy to address all our questions. The only downside....we were too full to eat anything later!

My wife, 20 year old daughter and myself decided to do this tour. It was great from start to finish. Kelsey met us immediately at the meeting spot and we were early and as it was oppressively hot told us we could go inside and walk around the grocery store to stay cool. We left promptly at 1030 as scheduled which was great, others who were late met up just down the block within 10 minutes. Be on time folks as they do leave on time! We were a group of 10. Kelsey had water for us and went right into great history of Little Italy including sites where mob hits took place, places to eat which you might not be thrilled in and others that had great history, ambiance or actually good food. Loved all the tastings and with the history and Kelsey's great command of articulation we were never bored. Same with Chinatown, all good with a nice break halfway through the 3 hour tour to rest up with a sit down tasting and bathroom break. Would recommend this if you want an excellent tour of Little Italy and Chinatown.
