You will sample delicious food and snacks from up to 5 different restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, possibly including wood-fired pastries, classic Richmond comfort food, authentic Ethiopian Fare, and more! You’ll learn about the birthplace of Richmond and it’s heroes, and hear how our partner merchants got their start. But most of all, we’ll make sure you have fun doing it.

Be sure to bring water and comfortable shoes – we’ll be standing at most of our stops, and we’ll be in and out too quickly for water and other beverages to be served.

The food tour was an amazing blend of history and delicious food. We have found several new (to us) restaurants to check out in the future. It was a beautiful afternoon and our guide, Annie, was a delight! She brought the history to life and did so in a pleasant way!

I received this tour as a Mother's Day gift! The restaurants chosen were excellent. If you love thin crusty pizza pie 8 1/2 was awesome. There are many other restaurants in the same neighborhood which I will definitely visit now that I know the neighborhood. Lindsey was great!

This tour was amazing! My mother and I went on the Church Hill tour and it was awesome. I loved that our tour guide (Lindsey I think) was so good about having us stay in the shade, since it was a hot day. The places we went were top notch and she even gave us a recommendation for an activity we could do with our family in the area. We just moved here a couple years ago, so it was nice to get to know the neighborhood and all the fun eateries in town. Also, they say that they emphasize quality over quantity, but man I was stuffed, there was plenty to eat.
