Joining Discover Richmond Tours means exploring Church Hill in a unique way. You will sample delicious food and snacks from up to 5 different restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, possibly including wood-fired pastries, classic Richmond comfort food, authentic Ethiopian Fare, and more! You’ll learn about the birthplace of Richmond and it’s heroes, and hear how our partner merchants got their start. But most of all, we’ll make sure you have fun doing it.

Be sure to bring water and comfortable shoes – we’ll be standing at most of our stops, and we’ll be in and out too quickly for water and other beverages to be served.

It was amazing! Lindsey knew so much about the history of Richmond and you could tell she loved her job! The food was delicious and the tour around Churchill was incredible. We have already raved about it to family and friends. Such a great experience! Thank you River City Food Tour!

My wife and I received this food tour as a gift last years and we were able to schedule our tour on May 18, 2019. We had Erin as our guide and we selected the Church Hill Tour. This was the first time we have participated in a food tour and we would certainly return for one of the others offered by River City Food Tours- especially if Erin was the guide!!! She was very knowledgeable of the area and the restaurants that we visited. Great experience and well worth the time and cost!! We would highly recommend River City Food Tours!! Great job Erin.

A large group of us recently went on the Church Hill Tour and we had a terrific time. Brian, our guide, was very knowledgeable, concerned about our comfort and very entertaining. The food was delicious and there was enough of it that we took food home for dinner. We will definitely be going on other food tours and I hope that we can get Brian as our guide.
