We really enjoyed the cruise, loved that the boat was all Christmas decorated & appreciate that when we missed our originally booked cruise due to travel delays that you rebooked us on another cruise on a later day, however your communication was not very good. i called & emailed several times &didn't get a response in a timely fashion, i assume because it was the weekend but you still have cruises on the weekend so that was frustrating that i couldn't get a response earlier.
