Only had a few days in New York and it was recommended to take the Circle Line round Manhattan Island. Duly arrived, sat outside and waited in anticipation. Gent came out to give us the 'FULL COMMENTARY' but to no avail as system outside was not working. So for a large majority of us seated here did not here any safety regulations regarding vessel or told where we were going or what we were seeing. TALK ABOUT DISSAPOINTED felt it diminished the whole experience. Would not recommend this service.

Beautiful views of the city. The tour guide provided interesting information as well personal anecdotes. We arrived just 10 minutes or so before departure, so didn’t have the best choice of seats. We could still see but if it’s important to you, get there early. The windows could have used a cleaning but you can go out and look from on deck as well. It was nice and warm inside the boat.

A simple but fun experience. It was really great to sit back and enjoy a tour of the city. With all the hustle and bustle in the active city life, it is a really nice treat to just enjoy the view!
