It was EXCELLENT! The best spent money on a tourist attraction in NYC. I recommend it to everyone who wants to see beautiful views of NY and hear interesting history and general culture facts. I did the trip on 2 August at 7pm and I was absolutely thrilled by the guide who facilitated the tour. He was the best, funny, kind and knowledgeable. Great, great experience!

The announcer Dave was good in some of the information he provided, but he would not stop talking. It was just too much talking about nothing relevant to the city.

- Booking E-Mail never arrived - Pickup Summary on TA page criptic also for locals -Spent $100 on transportation to search the ticket desk - was not handled by them for 30 min due to missing e-mail - when finally manually tracked by them was last to enter ship - had to stand the whole tour because no seats on the upper deck were available any more
