We were lucky as the weather was sunny so we sat on the open deck. You see the manhattan skyline, making your way through Brooklyn, the Bronx seeing all the sights. You can purchase food and drink onboard. There is running commentary from a lovely guy who was very entertaining. We stumbled upon this by accident as we couldn’t get in to the Intrepid museum. Glad we did

it was good however if they came back 15 minutes later after sunset the photos would have been amazing skyline all lit up

Andy, the tour guide, was the reason we enjoyed this experience. The views themselves were brilliant however, Andy kept us entertained the entire trip with his wealth of knowledge and his fascinating tales.
