I would never recommend this business. Pre-paid for a Discover Sarasota trolley tour and drove to Sarasota, staying at a hotel. The morning before the tour appx Noon, the reported owner called leaving a voice-mail message that the Thursday tour was cancelled, she would book me for Friday, leaving no call-back number - and stating I should not have booked thru VIATOR/ TripAdvisor (which I had used for decades and in MANY countries to book tours). I called the number listed with the paid confirmation and informed them that I was exiting the hotel/ Sarasota on Thursday and could not be re-scheduled for Friday; they said they would refund my money. I had no way to access e-mail while I was away. Then, I began receiving non-stop calls/ e-mails from the reported owner stating extremely derogatory comments.

Donna this is the fourth time I am responding to your issue. All your other reviews were removed by Trip Advisor because they contained incorrect and misleading information about me and my company. Since you bought your ticket through Trip Advisor, they must issue you your refund as I explained on my single phone call to you. Please contact them directly instead of using the review mechanism to voice your complaint.

Excellent tour of the city. Driver and Narrator were fantastic. Full of information and fun facts. Worth every penny! Add it to your list of must sees.
