Tour-goers will also see our world-class artistic and cultural organizations: The Ringling Museum, Ringling College, Asolo Theater, Selby Library, Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, Selby Gardens, Sarasota Opera House, Art Center Sarasota, Sarasota Symphony Orchestra. This tour is stuffed with good information about the downtown area--from history to neighborhoods to culture to cuisine. I highly recommend it as a way to acclimate to the area or if you're a resident or frequent visitor to broaden your knowledge.

A friend and I decided to take this tour as a fun outing on Friday and were completely blown away by the amount of information we learned about the area. I have lived in Sarasota for over 25 years and felt like I don't even know my town. The guide and driver were extremely pleasant. Also, as a bonus the trolley, affectionately named "Dolly," was air-conditioned. A must for us Florida folk. They even have the cutest little cottage shop offering great Sarasota memorabilia to purchase as a souvenir. I cannot wait to return and experience some of their other tours. They offer a haunted tour, circus tour, and murder mystery. They are constantly adding additional options, including holiday themed. This is an exceptional

There were so many wonderful aspects of this tour... Sue was friendly and greeted us with a smile, Tammy (the owner) took us through the gift shop and gave us a little history on the place, TJ was awesome, and John was a wonderful, wonderful tour guide! I have lived in Sarasota for 2 years and it was awesome to learn so much history about this beautiful city. We laughed, we cried - by 'we' I mean me, John told an heartfelt story about the Van Wezel and it made me tear up joyfully! All around it was a great experience and I am excited to sign up for the different tours they offer. Thank you for a great day!
