Our guide was great, the tour and everything that was presented was great, however, this was all unable to be enjoyed at it's fullest potential as their is a major issue with the air-conditioning on the Trolley, please be advised that if you sit towards the back of the Trolley, you may experience hardly any air flow, and the absence of what I believe anyone would classify as an air conditioned atmosphere. I'm a 5'7, 155 pound male, and it was very uncomfortable, and in my opinion unacceptable to charge $60 dollars and call the trip air conditioned when the temperature is no where near comfortable. If I had foreknowledge of this, I would have passed on the Trolley. If you take the charge per person and multiply the head count against how many tours a day and through the week, there is no acceptable reason that this has not been addressed, other than in my opinion; by the time you have gone through this, your money has already been taken, it's to late to get a refund because you've already taken the tour, and what do you think their going to do about it?

I am sorry you did not experience a very comfortable tour as our other guests have. This past week during our warmest most humid afternoons, we have had issues getting the temperature perfect for the back two rows. Sometimes itā€™s caused by guests who open windows and sometimes itā€™s just the level of humidity. We asked people to sit in the middle or front because the air is much better there. Weā€™ve also run tours in our van which is much easier to keep cool. Next week our new trolley will have ceramic heat blocking tint installed and we have been assured this will help during the summer. Please consider coming back for a morning tour so you can see why so many others have experienced a cool air-conditioned tour.

The Guide [Jon Mac] was excellent with his knowledge of Sarasota and his many great stories in the History/human interest antidotes. I have always believed a really good guide makes the trip so much more memorable.

Jon and Dori were wonderful! We took a private city tour with a party of 9. Jon and Dori were knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about Sarasota! We canā€™t wait to go back for the haunted touršŸš
