I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The only downside was sitting so close to people during the pandemic; the trolley was full to capacity. Temperature checks and masks really didnā€™t make me feel safer. This could only be possible in Florida.

Your review confuses me. You say you thoroughly enjoyed our tour which is great to hear but you did not want other people to as well? We are in high season here in FL because visitors like yourself have chosen to come here for our beautiful weather, restaurants, open attractions and beaches. There are 3 times the number of people here from Feb-April each year. It is our high season and the time of year that small businesses like myself run at full capacity which pays for the rest of the year when it is slower. This is especially true in this COVID year. We are grateful that we can even be open. If you want all these amenities to be open to you, then you will need to accept that others will want them too. Perhaps you should have taken our City Tour in our 9 person van instead? We are running 10 tours a week for smaller groups in our van. Our trolleys are running at 75% capacity and all are selling out. We state all policies and guidelines on website. We have been running our tours since June with 0 issues related to COVID so your headline is untrue and very hurtful to a small business who is doing everything we can to be open to visitors like yourself.
