Jose picked us up by the boat marina after we took a taxi from the Miami cruise terminal. We were scheduled to be pick up the cruise terminal but Jose asked the six of us to take a taxi and he would reimburse us for the taxi fare. Our tour was as advertised on Viator with informative commentary by Jose during the the drive through the highlights of Miami. He dropped us off at Little Havana to have lunch on our own and we had some time to walk around Calle Ocho, the main street in Little Havana, The boat tour was relaxing. Saw homes of celebrities that lined the canal. As promised, Jose dropped us off at the Miami International Airport to catch our flights home. Overall, the 8-hour tour was a great value. I would highly recommend the tour to visitors who want to experience Miami in one day,.

I booked directly with MyTravels & Tours on their website based on the reviews here on Trip Advisor and was subsequently given a tour by the 305 Miami Tours Group instead (which had much poorer reviews here on Trip Advisor). I checked with 3 different people at the 305 Miami Tours kiosk as well as called MyTravels & Tours directly and they all confirmed that I was on the right tour. I went along with it thinking that maybe MyTravels & Tours partnered with 305 Miami Tours for the City Tour portion and it would get better once it got started, but I was wrong. The tour itself was ok, but it was not what I expected. I booked from MyTravels & Tours specifically because the reviews implied that this was a smaller group tour (i.e. tour van vs. double-decker bus) and that they would visit places that aren't usually on other tours (e.g. Coconut Grove) but the tour I received only took us to Ocean Drive, Wynwood Walls and Little Havana. We basically drove by Ocean Drive (didn't even stop), was dropped off at Wynwood Walls and Little Havana and told to return to the bus within a specific time (20 min and 40 min respectively). Although the guide gave some limited commentary prior to our arrival at each location, he did not come down and guide us around once we were dropped off. We were basically left to explore on our own. I had booked the City Tour Miami Plus package so it also came with a boat ride (operated by a different company), which I actually enjoyed and hence the two stars, but I admittedly felt deceived that I had purchased one product directly from MyTravel & Tours and was given another product by a different tour operator. To say I was disappointed with MyTravels & Tours is an understatement. Given my experience, I would not book another tour with them again and I would not recommend it to others. If you read this and still decide to book, I hope you have a better experience than I did and will not be subject to a similar bait and switch.

We don’t use a 3rd company to provide the City Tour, except if the day is sold out and we receive a reservation after the cut off time( 8:00pm). This was your case. A perfect tour with a small group. Driver was a great guide. Some stops fpr fotos, sightseeing and lunch. We saw much in almost 8 hours as on our own. Our teenage son also loved the tour! Pick up and return to our hotel. Recomended!
