A bit difficult to follow the trip. The guide had better a flag for the tour and guide us. A guide at the boat tour is difficult to find the meeting location and time.

Excellent choice of stops In Miami with just the right amount of time for each one of them. The bus tour provided fascinating glimpses of the city. The guide was courteous and very pleasant. His presentations were very well informed and professional. However, we found the boat tour presentations shrill, with an artificially pumped up level of energy. If it were not for our dissatisfaction with the boat tour, our rating would have been five stars.

I chose this PRIVATE tour of Miami for Post cruise City of Miami Tour. -Our stated pick up time was 10AM at Port of Miami. Diver showed up at 10:30, excusing himself by saying he had until 10:30 to arrive. - Prior to tour and at pick up, I advised that my family of 5 were NOT interested in spending time on South Miami Beach or Miami Beach. Driver ignored request and spent 1st part of tour going there anyway. - Driver took us to Wynward Walls as requested. We said we would spend 45 minutes to 1 hour and designated a pick up spot (in front of a fire hydrant, so he could stop). After approximately 50 minutes, driver was not a meeting spot. Called driver, and he excused himself by saying he was told 1 hour. It had started raining and he left us in the rain, after going somewhere, arriving after the 1 hour & blaming bathroom and traffic. - Driver took us to Little Havana and designated a pick up spot. We agreed that we would call him after lunch (place he suggested), to give him notice to pick us up. Driver did not arrive at pick up spot for at least 30 minutes, with us waiting around for his arrival. - Because of delays we had very little time to visit Coral Gables AND get back to Miami Airport, so we told him delays resulted in us needing to abandon OUR plans and go to the airport. He offered weak excuses and would not acknowledge that on a PRIVATE tour, our time and requests needed priority, not his time or agenda. - On the 30 minute drive to the airport, thru neighborhoods and interesting areas, the drive did not speak to us! - Driver did not seem prepared for private tour, that was communicated prior to tour date, as part of re-confirming. - At least driver got us to Miami Airport, without rushing!

Dear customer, We appreciate your feedback. We are really sorry to hear that the tour didn’t meet your expectations. The itinerary we propose is base on the description of the tour but the customer has the option to manage the time during the day. However, the time in each place needs to be coordinated in advance with the driver because most part of tourist areas don’t have available parking for buses so that the driver will need a while to move the car to the pick up point.
