Very friendly staff. Don't remember their names, but the ginger tour guide was as great as his dad jokes! We saw a couple dolphins briefly right away, but they made sure we saw more! It was an amazing experience all together!
Some side notes:
The island that they take you to is very small. It's practically a sand bar out if the water. There's a ton of crushed sea shells and if you're willing to take just one step into the water, you will find tons of full sea shells. I even found a conch shell, still alive (and put back). I've read where some people expected this to be a huge island to explore. This is not that, but it's still really neat and a fun stop.
Also, this is boat is not the largest boat out there. It's basically a larger than normal pontoon boat. I think this smaller boat was perfect for getting close to the dolphins and for everyone to get a great up close view of them. I think one of the larger boats may look cooler, but provide less views of the wildlife.
