Overview

A rare opportunity to see the ancient bond between man and bird. In a small group, you will interact with a variety of hawks, falcons and owls, learn their natural history and their differences, and see an unforgettable flying demonstration. The Beginners Experience culminates with a chance for you
to put on a glove and hold a trained falcon.

There is a licensed falconer who oversees and presents each experience. The birds engage only by their own will.

Took the beginner and intermediate falconry class. What a fantastic experience, highly recommend it. Deanne was a wealth of knowledge.

We booked the Falconry excursion as a surprise birthday present for our adult daughter and her spouse. Of course, my husband and did went along as well. It was so much more than we expected! The birds are so interesting, our guide was exceptional and the total outing was really life altering. We highly recommend this for anyone who is curious about raptors and enjoys the outdoors.
