Overview

A rare opportunity to see the ancient bond between man and bird. In a small group, you will interact with a variety of hawks, falcons and owls, learn their natural history and their differences, and see an unforgettable flying demonstration. The Beginners Experience culminates with a chance for you
to put on a glove and hold a trained falcon.

There is a licensed falconer who oversees and presents each experience. The birds engage only by their own will.

We've learned so much about falconry! The birds of prey at the Broadmoor Outfitters are majestic; They look healthy and well taken care of. Our falconer, Roger, was very knowledgeable and passionate about falconry.

This was such a cool experience. We had a lot of flights with the hawks and got to interact with owls too! Deanna was fabulous and gave us a lot of helpful and interesting information about everything. We will definitely be back!
