Columbia River Gorge Tour from Portland

Overview
Half an hour east of Portland can be found the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah Falls, and some of the most magnificent views in the country; skyscraper cliffs, verdant rainforests, and majestic waterfalls. During the last ice age a cataclysmic event occurred that left a lasting monument along the path of the mighty Columbia River. A great flood sheared away the land, leaving stone cliffs and water falls that form the world famous “Columbia River Gorge”. View the majesty from the Vista House atop 800 foot sheer rock cliffs, see Multnomah Falls, the second tallest year round waterfall in the country, and witness the free-falling splendor of Latourell Falls. In the autumn, watch salmon spawning in Multnomah Creek. Join our small family-run tour company and enjoy waterfalls, rainforests, and volcanic rock formations all less than 30 minutes outside of Portland. A must-see trip while visiting Oregon.

Superb experience with Peter! Very knowledgeable and really likes to share about the history of the area and the forest too. Fascinating knowledge he gave us about Oregon plants, ferns, moss, trees...etc. Me and my daughter were listening intently on what he was sharing with us. You guys will enjoy your tour with him guaranteed!👍👍👍
