Denali ATV Trailblazer 3.5 Hour Tour

Overview
Get out and ride in the Alaskan Boreal Forest! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Spend more time riding on the trail than any other Denali area off-road adventure tour. You may learn how to make fireweed tea, leave with a blueberry smile, or even chat about survival. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Tackle the terrain in a single-rider ATV or share the thrill in a multi-passenger side-by-side ATV. Trails are challenging for all experience levels.  Total tour covers about 20 miles with 2½ hours on the trails.

My sister and I did the 3-1/2 hour Trailblazer tour on the single-rider ATV’s and had a blast! The shuttle ride was fun with driver Bob, who shared fun facts and interesting history about the area. Our guides, Shane and Cooper, took our small group on a variety of terrains with extraordinary views of the area. We’d considered renting a Jeep from a different outfit and are so glad we chose to do this instead! It was the kind of off-road experience we wanted, especially since riding our own vehicles was a priority. We didn’t finish the tour head to toe in mud like we’d hoped, but that didn’t take away from the thrill of the ride! Thanks so much to everyone at Denali ATV Adventures for a memorable experience! -Kelly & Kelly

My wife and I took the tour with Clay and Marileigh and had bob as our shuttle driver. All 3 of them made this an awesome experience. Got to see some cool locations and vantage points. Would highly recommend. Only complaint was that the 2 seater ATV is not built for tall people. Gets a bit cramped. It’s actually perfect for someone about 5’4. Not the company’s fault just how the ATV’s are made. Overall it was a great experience!

Bob, the shuttle driver, was super prompt and cracked some serious dad jokes along the way to the outfitter spot. Wes was our guide for our morning ride. We opted for a side-by-side (2-person) ATV, which was a great choice for us to have one person focused on driving and the other on pics and videos. Wes was great! Tailored the ride to the really small group. Great trails with fun terrain including going through some mud and small streams. He had great information to share and made the trip totally awesome. Highly recommend!
