I visited Disneyland with a group of 6 on 4/27, 4/28, 4/30. Two of the people in my group have never been to Disneyland before. I dont know where to begin to describe how amazing our visit was. First off, I will admit that I am obsessed with Disney, and would visit all the time if I could. We started our visit when we arrived in Anaheim. We had dinner in downtown disney. We ate at Tortilla Jos. Tortilla Jos has amazing food, and an amazing atmosphere. We loved it. All of us loved Downtown disney. We did purchase maxpass which was a LIFESAVER for fast passes. In addition to the app it creates a seamless navigation experience. Not to mention photo diwnloads! My only issue is that on 4/28 disney channel was is california adventure. And unfortunately we decided to sleep in that day. We purchased max pass, and entered california adventure, around 12pm, and saw that almost all of the fastpasses were taken for the day. I advise using maxpass if you arrive at park open on a busy day. Our day was made better by a certain cast lead in New orleans square, who gave us dining package seating for Fantasmic because the previous nights show was cancelled. She helped make our trip magical! As it turns out, that was the only night Fantasmic was shown. My heart goes out to this company, who helps make anything possible! We were able to see World of color on the last night. It was amazing. The fireworks show was spectacular as well. We had such an amazing trip. I am planning on visiting again very soon! 11/10 service. The only thing we had trouble with was locating Donald Duck clothing. We had no luck finding any clothing with just Donald. He was our groups favorite character, and when we approached a cast member, we were told that the park hardly ever showcases him. Which left us really bummed out. But other than that, our visit was amazing. In Summary, Food and service are outstanding as always. Night spectacular shows are a must see. Maxpass is totally worth it.

Such a disappointment. Disney has finally lost its magic. Hideously overcrowded. Queues were dismally long (lowest was 45 mins and highest was over 2 hours). Absolute chaos during parade where there was simply no room for anyone to view the parade or stand, we kept being moved along. The castle was not there as it had been taken down and replaced with a terrible picture, no mention by staff of this upon entry. Streets were chaotic and stressful due to the sheer amount of people. Lots of rides closed due to I’m presuming renovations, much of the park closed off. Truly stressful, disappointing and most importantly expensive day. Arrived in the morning and stayed until evening, managed to get on 6 rides across both parks and only getting on 1 of the big rides (cars ride) which took 2 hours of queuing. To pay £120 to go on 1 big ride...not good enough Disney. Will certainly never be returning to Californian Disney. It seems it’s been over taken by greed and the now massive empire it’s become after taking on Marvel and Star Wars etc. It’s a shame the magic has gone.

We slept in due to jet lag & only reached there after 12pm & stayed till it closed! Definitely do-able in one day. We only missed the Star Wars launch pad unfortunately.
