Dog Sledding and Mushing Experience in North Pole

Overview

Enjoy a truly Alaskan experience in the famous North Pole Alaska on a 30 minute dog sledding adventure. This ride includes informative commentary from your local guide as you glide through the snow covered forest. You will be seated in the dog sled as the team of Alaskan Huskies whisk you down the trails. Your guide will be standing on the back of the sled driving the team by voice commands. You will have a short stop during your adventure to meet your team of Alaskan Huskies and take pictures. All outer layers of winter clothing are included.

This was one of the best things we did here in Alaska on our trip. Honestly fun for all ages! Such a well run and friendly organization. Our guides Jimmy, Joe and Steve were the best. We only wish we would have taken the longer trip. A half hour went by so fast! Thanks again everyone 😊 Sarah H

If you ever have the chance to go on a dog sledding adventure under the Northern Lights with Louie from Rods Alaskan Guide service, do it, you will have a time of your life! Louie was a professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable musher. He was very engaged and answered all our questions and more. This adventure exceeded our expectations!

Our aurora dog sledding trips are from 10:00PM to 2:00AM. We suggest guests book this through our website far in advance. We take only 4 people per night--space is very limited. Thank you for the review.
