What To Expect

BREW-ed

This Brewery Tour is hosted by a Certified Cicerone, a recognized expert when it comes to beer. As your guide takes you to each brewery, you'll do more than just drink. You'll learn about the brewing process, the ingredients and the history of beer while you discover some of the best breweries Asheville has to offer. At each stop on the brewery tour, you will enjoy three to four six ounce samples of beer. It is highly recommended that you eat a substantial meal before the tour and take smaller samples if you feel like you've had enough alcohol. In between breweries, your guide will tell you about the history of Asheville and how it came to be the beautiful city it is today. Feel free to ask questions at any point during the tour. There is more to Asheville than just the Biltmore. Cliff brings all of Asheville's history and it's new(er) brewing heritage together in one tour. Cliff is very knowledgeable, friendly and laid back. Cliff's knowledge of brewing is unmatched in Asheville. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

I recently surprised my husband with a weekend trip to Asheville and wanted to incorporate the vast beer scene into our trip. I couldn't have picked a better tour! Cliff is very knowledgable both about the area and industry. The tour is the perfect length and covers great breweries. Cliff also made great recommendations on others to visit and which beers to try there. Cliff's knowledge of and passion for beer are both very obvious and made for time and money well spent. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour is a great way to enjoy some of Asheville's finest breweries! Cliff was very friendly and professional, and we were super impressed by his knowledge of the industry. It was nice being able to walk around downtown Asheville and see the sights too! Would highly recommend this tour!
