Hi Wire Brewing

Your expert guide will meet you at Hi-Wire Brewing, where you'll sample award winning beers and hear the story of one of Western North Carolina's fastest growing breweries!

Twin Leaf Brewery

After Catawba, your group will head to Twin Leaf Brewery. At Twin Leaf, you'll get exclusive behind the scenes access to the production area, where you'll learn about the brewing process; from grain to glass. More delicious beer samples will be served, as you hear Twin Leaf's story.

Green Man Brewery

After Twin Leaf, your group will head to Green Man Brewery, one of Asheville's oldest breweries. At Green Man, you'll learn more about Asheville's brewing industry as you sip on some of Green Man's award winning beers!

This was a fantastic tour and education on the brewery culture of Asheville and beer brewing in general. There were 15 in our group, so small enough to ask questions and get information. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and being the nerd that I am, I took notes on a few things. The itinerary we had didn't have a ton of walking which was nice. The 3 breweries we visited were all within 2 blocks of each other and there were 2-3 beers tried at each location. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is interested in learning more about beer and wants to try some fantastic local brews.

A great tour, which was both educational and very tasty! Cliff was a fantastic guide: I’ve never met anyone who knows so much about beer, yet he makes it really interesting, fun and accessible for everyone. You get to understand (and taste!) the raw ingredients, see the making process, and taste almost every different beer style you can think of (plus some you can’t!). Even if you think you know about beer, you will learn so much more on this tour. As an added bonus, you also get a great overview of Asheville too!
