Hi Wire Brewing

Your expert guide will meet you at Hi-Wire Brewing, where you'll sample award winning beers and hear the story of one of Western North Carolina's fastest growing breweries!

Twin Leaf Brewery

After Catawba, your group will head to Twin Leaf Brewery. At Twin Leaf, you'll get exclusive behind the scenes access to the production area, where you'll learn about the brewing process; from grain to glass. More delicious beer samples will be served, as you hear Twin Leaf's story.

Green Man Brewery

After Twin Leaf, your group will head to Green Man Brewery, one of Asheville's oldest breweries. At Green Man, you'll learn more about Asheville's brewing industry as you sip on some of Green Man's award winning beers!

4 of us went on the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable-he had credentials that made the tour the best one I have had for a brewery tour. From how breweries work to the ingredients and how to “taste” beer! Great time was had by all! It is a must do tour while in Asheville!

Me and my friends went on this walking tour while in Asheville and it was one of the best decisions we made all week. We learned so much about the history of beer and Asheville and had several different tastings at all 3 breweries. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Asheville.

I was on a two hour-two stop experience on Saturday starting at 1130am. There were 9 of us in this group. We met and spent proportionally most of our time at Hi Wire Brewery. Our cicerone was Chris who was personable and extremely knowledgeable. We went through the brewing process, proper beer tasting procedure, and, of course, beer tastings. His explanations were detailed but very understandable and the time passed quickly. I helped that all of Hi Wire's beers were exceptionally good. We then walked a few blocks to Bhramari Brewery where we simply sampled some of their beers. On the way there, Chris gave us some interesting insights into the history and architecture of Asheville. This was a fun tour if you are interested in learning about the brewing process and seeing how it's done.
