What To Expect

BREW-ed

This Brewery Tour is hosted by a Certified Cicerone, a recognized expert when it comes to beer. As your guide takes you to each brewery, you'll do more than just drink. You'll learn about the brewing process, the ingredients and the history of beer while you discover some of the best breweries Asheville has to offer. At each stop on the brewery tour, you will enjoy three to four six ounce samples of beer. It is highly recommended that you eat a substantial meal before the tour and take smaller samples if you feel like you've had enough alcohol. In between breweries, your guide will tell you about the history of Asheville and how it came to be the beautiful city it is today. Feel free to ask questions at any point during the tour. This tour was excellent! Three hours, three breweries and 10 different beer samples. In addition, quite a lot of cool history of Asheville and beer in general. Very worth the $50 cost! Our guide, Cliff, was so informative, smart and fun. We had an awesome time and met some cool, friendly people with whom we shared another beer after the tour. We highly recommend the Brew Ed Tour!

I loved my time on this tour! I saw 2 breweries with this one tour then I did two other brewery tours (each separate from the other) outside of this company and I regret it because this tour was far superior to the others! Not only did you get a walk around the breweries, and sample their beers, but you also learned A TON of neat beer facts and facts about Asheville! I would pay again just to learn more information from our tour guide!

My work team did a private BREW-ed tour with Greg last week and it exceeded my expectations! I figured that we couldn't go wrong hanging out in Asheville and drinking beer.. but it was so much more! We learned a great deal about craft beer making but had plenty of time to laugh and enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend!
