Hi Wire Brewing

Your expert guide will meet you at Hi-Wire Brewing, where you'll sample award winning beers and hear the story of one of Western North Carolina's fastest growing breweries!

Twin Leaf Brewery

After Catawba, your group will head to Twin Leaf Brewery. At Twin Leaf, you'll get exclusive behind the scenes access to the production area, where you'll learn about the brewing process; from grain to glass. More delicious beer samples will be served, as you hear Twin Leaf's story.

Green Man Brewery

After Twin Leaf, your group will head to Green Man Brewery, one of Asheville's oldest breweries. At Green Man, you'll learn more about Asheville's brewing industry as you sip on some of Green Man's award winning beers!

My boyfriend and I went to Asheville and wanted to do something different besides the biltmore so we went on the brewery tour. Got to learn alot about how beer is made and sample several different types of beers from 3 different breweries. Cliff, our guide was awesome! Very knowledgeable and laid back. It's just the right amount of time to learn something new and have fun without getting overloaded with information. Highly recommend!

Cliff was extremely knowledgeable about the beer-making process and about Asheville's beer scene. The three breweries on the tour (Hi-Wire, Twin Leaf, and Green Man) were all excellent, and Cliff's choice of beer samples exposed us to all different types of beer. If you're in Asheville and want to know more about the local beer scene--and about beer in general--BREW-ed is the way to go.

Excellent tour and very good tour guide. Good information on brewing, and beer styles. Nice breweries and beers :-)
