Owner Joe Nashville, Nashville Experience Tours, is native Tennessean and has roots that go back to the first settlement in Nashville - Ft. Nashborough. His insight into the historic and modern day Nashville is entertaining and creates a very unique tour experience from a local. Joe caps his tour groups to about half of the normal walking tour to create a more interactive and focused experience. He also despises loudspeakers. Joe speaks plenty loud for all to hear. Joe was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable regarding Nashville’s history, as well as restaurants and sites to see he came well-prepared. He even brought us ponchos because it was anticipated to rain.

The guide was very knowledgeable about area and it's history and tried to find connections with the places the visitors came from. Lots of detailed history but delivered in an entertaining way. Supplied a great deal of follow up material after the walk was over.
