If optional upgrade to City Climb is selected, City Climb participants must meet the following restrictions or they will be denied entry: Age: 13+; Height: 4.9ft - 6.7ft; Maximum Weight: 310lbs; Cannot be under the influence of alcohol. Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Climbers must be able to speak and understand English.

Very unfriendly staff on 4 th floor. They charged me extra and didn't gave me money back. Horrible was there.

I was traveling in New York for my anniversary, everything was totally planned and when I showed up at THE EDGE they notified me that it was "CLOSED FOR A LAST MINUTE PRIVATE PARTY" ... I never received a notification to change the reservation, then they told me that my tickets were not refundable! they did not offer me solutions. the service leaves much to be desired and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!! estaba de viaje en New York por mi aniversario, todo estaba totalmente planificado y cuando me presento en THE EDGE me notifican que estaba "CERRADO POR UNA FIESTA PRIVADA DE ULTIMO MINUTO" ... nunca recibí notificación para poder cambiar la reservacion, luego me dijeron que mis tickets no eran reembolsables! no me ofrecieron soluciones. el servicio deja mucho que desear y NO LOS RECOMIENDO !!!!

The view was great! Definitely recommend for a visit, especially for those who is visiting NYC. I put 4 star only because I had problem at the entrance my bar code did not work. We called Viator with a person from front desk but no one was answering. Basically it was impossible to contact the Viator. Though I booked I paid and the guy at the front desk after many times calling and trying to scat my ticket finally agreed to let me in. It was unexpectedly for me, luckily I entered and enjoyed The edge experience
