ABSOLUTE TIME SUCK!! We had a time slot yet we ended up waiting in 8 different lines for almost 2 hours. Let me break this down further, when you get in you wait in a long line before getting to the elevator experience which requires another line prior to boarding. The small show In the elevator isn’t even worth it btw. Then when you exit the elevator you wait in another line then are instructed to go up the stairs, where you wait in another line. Be prepared to go back down the same stairs you came up from in order to join another line for the experience. Expect to wait at least another 45 minutes just to finally make it to the front and be given an apology because they are at capacity on the deck which means you will have to wait again. But wait it gets better! You get to join another line outside to take pictures in all the cool areas that you see on social media. This place is not for children or the elderly as there are ZERO bathrooms available and you are instructed to go to a nearby Whole Foods. The place was packed to the point that I’m pretty sure they were breaking rules set by NYC for social distancing. There are markers in the floor but people ignore them and staff does nothing about it. We had the pleasure of standing in line with people who had their noses or entire faces uncovered at times during our wait. When booking on the website you will be prompted to select a time slot but like I said this slot is completely ignored. Expect to spend most of your day waiting. Bottom”LINE” edge wasn’t worth it. You spend so much time in line looking out at the views that by the time you actually reach the deck it’s underwhelming. Save your time and energy and head over to one world observatory or the Empire State Building.

This place is lovely, but the social distancing protocols are inadequate. Do not recommend. They should manage better the amount of people on the waiting line of the deck. It would be better if these lines are more limited and distancing enforced.

Absolutely pathetic. We spent way more time in line than seeing anything. And this is despite reserving timed tickets and reaching early. It seems like they heavily oversold it to make up for the loss in revenue due to covid. Lines, lines and more lines. One after the other. I’m not even sure they’re allowed to have so many people with the covid restrictions. The views are ok. Nothing that you couldn’t see from the top of the ESB or 1 WTC. AVOID.
