Climbers scale the outside of a skyscraper more than 1,200 feet above the ground, then lean out and look down from the highest outdoor platform in New York City. If optional upgrade to City Climb is selected, City Climb participants must meet the following restrictions or they will be denied entry: Age: 13+; Height: 4.9ft - 6.7ft; Maximum Weight: 310lbs; Cannot be under the influence of alcohol. Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Climbers must be able to speak and understand English.

I got two tickets online with a day and time that works for us. One ticket was the day and time I have selected the other one they just changed to a different day without telling me. Since you usually don't check both days and times on your tickets (I did for the first one) we ended up not getting in since they told us they don'y have tickets anymore. So even if you select the day and time and pay for your tickets you maybe won't be able to get in!

We booked this in March as part of a trip to the US and though it was cancelled due to COVID19 the company was great about refunding. I just wanted to note this given the difference in customer service to a number of other businesses in the city! Many thanks!

Definitely got to do this if in New York, well worth a visit and the views are fantastic. We booked online prior to going to New York and noticed times and dates were selling out fast whilst we were there. You can book on the 4th floor but why take the gamble, its still new so I'd imagine it's going to be similar to other attractions and dates will be limited. Worth doing the Vessel whilst at hudson yards this is free but again you will have to book a time slot. The above are both next to each other and with the shopping mall and the highline you could spend a full day around Hudson yards.
