Pick-up transportation is mandatory. Unfortunately travelers cannot drive to the park, though one can drive to the last pickup location at Bayside Marketplace and leave their car parked to get on the transportation there if desired

It was a fun tour and good experiences with the friendly and knowledgeable Captain, really enjoyed the tour. The only issue with the driver who pick us up from the Hotel we provided, He stopped at the opposite site and he wanted us to cross over in the middle of the street under rain and heavy traffic which was very dangerous and we also didn't get notify in advanced.

Very long bus ride, over 2.5hrs and it was Freezing. Air boat was about 45min. I wish I saved my money and time. Air boat was ok, nothing special. 5hrs just in travel!

Good afternoon Sepehr_L, Thank you for your feedback. I know we try our best to accommodate all guest in picking up at their lodging locations or at least a location near them for its a tour with transportation. I can however see if i can see if we can doing something about the pickups for the tours. I will check into that. Thank you again for your feedback.

Spent two thirds of our time picking and dropping people off. Not sure how that can be acceptable to any9ne.
