The trip was very well managed - pickup was exactly on time, our Driver Leo did a great job as a tour guide and made sure everyone was entertained and well informed. Would definitely recommend. P.S. : Just call or email the tour operators to setup pickup location and time, they are very responsive.

Everything was correct at first sight, very organized however at the arrival at the everglades the tourist guide simply disappeared and did not leave us any information, we simply based our visit by following people who were in the same bus as us. At the end of the airboat tour, we went to the souvenir store and were told that the bus had left without us, that we had been called but we never heard our name. I tried to contact the customer service of Gray Line Miami who wanted absolutely nothing to know, the man I had showed no understanding leaving the impression that only money interests them. They did not even want to reimburse the return trip to Miami even though we were not on it.
