Original pickup time on ticket stated 9am. Voicemail the day before stated pickup would be 9:30. At 9:40 driver called to say pickup would be 9:50. Actual pickup 10am. Airboat was fun. Saw 3 gators. Airboat is covered and holds a lot of people. Gator show was ok but not a fan of living creatures in demonstrations. Bus driver (Leo)said departure time was 2pm. Everyone was waiting for the bus in the hot sun. He showed up at 2:10. He apologized saying he took a nap.

First off we saw 0 alligators during the entire boat tour, which is what we paid for. Then on the way back, we got into an unpleasant surprise on the first stop. Our hotel was one of the latest stops, the most far off where we currently where. This also resulted in a 3 hour bus ride each way. There were 7 free seats in the bus, and they wanted to let 15 others in from another trip. Since there were'nt enough seats for them, they figured they'd announce through the speakers that 7 people (including us) from the last hotels would have to get off the bus. They then kicked us off the bus, and told us to wait an hour for another bus to show up. The company oversold the tickets which meant there was not enough room in the bus for everyone that had tickets. The driver was nice and looking for solutions, but the company behind this is just horrible. Not a single apology, form of compensation or anything. They acted as is being kicked off a bus and waiting an extra hour in the heat is just normal business. DO NOT BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE
